1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfume bottles or products that show signs of use.


2. How to Request a Return

Our support team will review your case and provide detailed return instructions if your request is approved.

Please do not send back any items before contacting us.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

In such cases, Perfumelle will cover or reimburse the shipping cost.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please request a refund for your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

We may ask for photos or videos of the damaged product to speed up the resolution.
A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items
